Tourist fee for your stay:
since 1 January 2019 a tourist tax of 0,90 euros per night and per adult is collected to be paid to CASUD (Community of Southern Agglomeration)

The sheets are provided and included in the price of rent.

Terms and Conditions

1. The owner will send a contract for the rent signed by himself to the tenant to complete. The agreement undertaken by the owner and the tenant will take effect from when the contract has been returned, signed by the latter within 10 days, along with the first payment , 25% of the total sum of the rent. The balance will be collect aty the same time as the handing over of the keys, therefore from when the tenants begin to make use of the apartment.

2. At both the beginning and end of the stay the apartment will be checked incase of dommages or breakages.

3. In case fo any cancelation by the tenant les than a month before the date forsee for stay the owner will keep the paid deposit unless the latter finds a new tenant.

4. If the number of people exceeds that indicated by the tenant, the landlord reserves the righto to refuse the accomodation or to collect a daily increase in the tarifs.

5. In the case of cancelation of the reservation or the rent by the landlord because of some serious un forseen envent he will compansate the tenant with an amount equal ot or double the deposit paid.

6. The tenant's signature implies that he/she ha completely understood the conditions for the rent of the apartment.
